What we do

Loan Ryder Finance is an authorised credit representative. We act as an intermediary between you (the credit applicant) and lenders. We do not lend money directly. Our services include:

Our lender panel

We are accredited with a panel of Australian banks and non-bank lenders including (but not limited to): WISR, Resimac, Plenti, Pepper Money, NOW Finance, MoneyMe, Money3, Latitude, Firstmac, Finance One, Dynamoney, Banjo, Angle Finance, AMMF, AFS, Affordable Car Loans, Allied Credit, Bizcap, Branded Financial Services, Carstart, Flexi Commercial, Metro Finance, MM Autopay, MoneyPlace, Prospa, and Selfco.

We may not consider every lender in the market. Our recommendation will be based on the lenders on our accredited panel.

Fees and charges

We may receive a commission from the lender if your application is approved and funded. This commission is paid by the lender and does not result in an additional charge to you (unless otherwise disclosed in writing). The commission amount varies by lender and product type.

Where a fee is payable by you (e.g. a brokerage fee for complex commercial applications), we will disclose the amount and terms in writing before proceeding.

We will give you a Quote or Credit Proposal Disclosure (CPD) before or when we recommend a credit product. This will include a comparison rate, total repayments, and all relevant fees.

Our obligations to you

Under the NCCP Act, we are required to:

AFCA membership and external dispute resolution

We are a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), AFCA Member Number #48714. AFCA provides free, independent dispute resolution for consumers and small businesses who have been unable to resolve complaints directly with a financial services provider.
